I personally know of someone in the past who was bullied off the
mailing list because he was inexperienced in netiquette and people
ganged up on him.  Despite the fact he was adapting to the flow, people
just didn't like him and didn't spare no bullets.  His only crime was
to suggest something different regarding progressing a product and
people didn't like it.  I got the impression from him that this list
wasn't a friendly place for absolute BBC amatures.
