They'd only work if you had the 3.5" disk drive modification - the 
uncompressed images are 761Kb. I have twenty disks labelled CPM01 to 
CPM20 from an unknown PD library (possibly Chic Computer Club), and five 
disks (two utils, two business and one games) from Ron Gunner's "RSG PD" 
library.

They will load up on the Spectrum emulator REALSPEC.  In theory you 
could mount one of these CP/M disk images in one drive and a standard 
blank 186Kb 3" image in another to transfer the files, assuming you have 
a 3" drive on your PC to copy them back to real disks.

I also have a disk images of CLASSIC ADVENTURE, Aztec C and Microsoft 
Basic for CP/M!
