I used to have one of my Z80 CoPros mounted internally with the
+5v link set to take power from the Tube connector. It worked
quite satisfactorily with a 3.5" disk drive also connected. I
ended up taking it out as it was easier to disable it by powering
it down if it was outside. With a Master I would have been able to
*Config. it off, but not with a Beeb.
I did have a little *command I wrote that cleared the internal
Tube flag, reinitialised the ROMs and reentered the current
language, but it got fiddly.
