I often seem to get replies before the original posts.  Another thing that
happens is that when a message I have posted appears, I get the little paper
clip icon coming up suggesting there is an attachment when there is none.

Not sure if this is happening to anyone else but I've got the two 
replies before I've got the original post. This has happened on a couple 
of other occasions as well.
