At the very least, all Zip files begin with a two byte signature &50 &4B 
("PK" - initials of the late Phil Katz, the author of the first PKZip). 
Whatever else they may contain, files that do not begin with these two bytes 
will not be treated as Zip files by any archive program.

This file does not begin with these two signature bytes.
