The AKF12 is more or less a rebadged Philips 8833, isn't it?  Try HR
Diemen - I used them when I was in monitor repair:

Two things though: firstly, I don't remember ever replacing the lopty in
an 8833.  They were VERY prone to dry joints on the lopty pins though.
Even if the solder looks OK I'd resolder them.

Secondly, I would have thought a used AKF12/8833 would cost you far less
than a new lopty.  Google shows them selling for a fiver.
