Of the email clients I use, Mutt and Claws Mail provide "Reply to List"
out of the box.  Thunderbird needs an add-on to provide the function
(as discussed on the list recently). Alpine doesn't provide the
functionality as far as I can see.  Evolution drives me insane if I
try to use it, but I don't believe it does Reply to List.

You'll notice I'm not a Windows user.  If I were, I wouldn't use
LookOut or LookOut Express because they've had security problems in
the past (and the malware authors target those clients as that's what
they assume most people will be using).
