Argh! Wally... NOIGNORE is Post-Beeb.
*After* using *FX5,1 to select the printer type (parallel, yes?), use
*FX 6 to set the ignore state. I'm not sure if *FX 6,0 turns it off, or
literally sets zero to be ignored. Depends, I guess, on whether it is
plain text or with graphics?
If it is your own software, or tweakable, you could work around this
with VDU1,10 (send next character to printer ONLY) which bypasses the
filtering.
