I'd suggest contacting Steve Turnbull at Acorn User and proposing this to
him. You probably want to suggest that any agreement will only apply to stuff
thats at least 3 years old, then he won't be worried about damaging sales in
any way.

Actually getting his agreement might be another matter, but its probably
worth a try.
