Many thanks to all of you who helped in the search, and to Wouter for
grabbing the ROM image from an American machine. This has allowed me to
complete the testing of some previously-basic-2-only patches on my webpages.

Also, as pointed out, COLOUR and COLOR are accepted and translated into
COLOR when listing on American BASIC but as the token is the same a saved
program would load on normal BASIC and list as COLOUR.
